What if my location doesnt have internet service?
It’s no problem! We arent hindered by a cord or wifi signal. We can provide internet service for your broadcast anywhere we can get cellular coverage.
Can I broadcast in 4K?
Streaming platforms like YouTube and Facebook put limits on maximum bitrate which caps streams at 1080p. This will also be dependent on internet speed and quality of your venue.
My event is in two locations can I still broadcast?
Yes! We offer a location change add on that will allow you to move the entire production to another location. This add on is great for weddings with receptions at different locations or in different rooms.
Do you make custom graphics for broadcasts?
We have several templates we can use to customize your event broadcast. We can also take your brand’s existing graphics and integrate them into your live stream. For scratch custom graphics we require two weeks lead time. Just ask about graphics in the contact form!
What if I have multiple events?
We offer contracts at discounted rates for multiple shows. Whether its seasonal or year round we can custom taylor a package to suit your events in any location. Ask about multi-event pricing in the contact form on this page!
What if my broadcast runs late?
Not to worry! We understand that events can be unpredictable. We will continue to broadcast your event until the very end! Any overages will be automatically added as an extra hour add on to the invoice and any unused time in excess of 30 minutes will be refunded.
What if I have my own cameras?
No problem! We can provide everything else! All we need is a feed at 1080p or below in SDI or HDMI and we can broadcast anything you’re shooting in the highest possible quality.
How close to my event can I add another camera or operator?
As long as you make the request within 72 hours of the set-up time of your event we can add up to 3 extra cameras and two extra operators.
